Tony Gugliotta

Co-Founder

Tony loves having a camera in his hand- capturing images is not only his profession, but also his hobby (and yes, his camera bag comes on vacations)! He has decades of experience both on camera and behind the camera creating remarkable visual stories. He has experience as a news broadcaster in multiple affiliated news markets across the country, most recently NBC 10 in Providence, Rhode Island. His ability to shoot video, take photos, edit and create quality content  sets Hope Street Media apart by streamlining workflow and customizing projects to communicate each organization’s culture and message.

“Growing up I dreamed of being a television sports reporter. One might think I would have studied sports journalism, but my pragmatic nature led me to major in business administration and minor in communications (and also play hockey) at Bryant University! After college I set a goal for myself, deciding I’d dedicate a year finding an on-air reporting job. I worked very hard to realize that dream, and spent nearly twenty years mastering the art of shooting, editing and packaging news stories. After getting to cover SuperBowls and Stanley Cup Finals, I transitioned to teaching the craft of digital media and television production. I challenge my students to support the surrounding business community and non-profits by providing marketing and social media services. Supporting local businesses and impactful organizations is work that builds stronger communities!”

Tony has a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Teaching and has years of experience as a multimedia production instructor. In addition, his understanding of curriculum design allows Hope Street Media to provide engaging and effective instructional design content that can be customized for client’s needs while also accommodating all learning styles.
